If I am not wrong in the actual fight between the two (warning big spoiler) Shi Yi dies, since Shi Hao's second supreme bone is forming, it resonated with the first supreme bone in Shi Yi, and caused it to explode there by killing Shi Yi BUT his body is taken away by a mysterious woman who also possesses the dual pupil eyes (she came out of the cultivation retreat with Shi Yi in one of the previous episodes
and yes Shi Yi is resurrected, and no he isnt all that bad, he redeems himself much much mucccccccch later

The thing is every where he goes he makes enemies, so pretty much every arc would have an antagonist, sometimes those antagonists will carry over to the next arc or arcs, so there isnt single main antagonist that is similar to Soul Land's Bibi Dong, or Doupo Cangqiong's Hun Clan or Soul Hall, the last and most powerful antagonist Shi Hao goes against is the Corpse Immortal Emperor, I guess you can compare him with the Hun Clan's Clan leader who appears towards the end of the novel
We are around chapter 355-360 (the donghua jumps around and combines and mixes the novel) out of 2015 chapters, so there's still a lot of content to be made into the donghua

Yes, At the end they put the preview of the next episode, Shi Hao still need more power up before his battle with Shi Yi. In the preview, he seems to be fighting with himself and other giant beasts.
